Impreza RVs up to 06 have dual range and higher clearance. so far i'm pretty happy with it - gets me most places other 'soft' 4WDs go into. 2.0L engine when loaded and going uphill is less than impressive, but other than that, it does everything i require of it, perfectly. And sticks to the road pretty well =) Wouldn't really want to sleep in the back though.. just my 5c worth
