Summit gear no longer does it. I checked.

Spelean does do it though if you ring them directly they won't admit to it.
Drop into a climbing gear shop who is supplied by spelean and ask them to call and find out.
As they probably don't know about it either.

Also wash the cams before you send them in (dirt breaks expensive needles apparently).
They also do it as a favour not as a business so be nice.
Cost $20 per sling plus postage and comes in 4 colours red blue purple and black.
I think its 14ml (I think) nylon webbing only. Also measure the length of current slings and decide length. (I got mine 1 cm to short annoying)

Some (not all) vertical access companies will also do it as a favour though you may have to specify length.

You won't know unless you ask.....

Or you could experiment with your own. Get a car jack, link some webbing, one experimentally sewn and the other with a water knot and see which breaks first.
Try it with a normal home sewing machine with nylon thread or similar see how it goes
