Ive had a set of Teflon Trangia pots for around 5 years and they are still going strong. The lip has a few chips in the teflon from the aluminium grips but the base is in good nick with no chips or scratches. I always use lexan or plastic cooking utensils. for storage I just nest the pots inside each other and it hasnt resulted in any scratching or chipping. One pot does have a burnt section that is the remains of a delicious rainbow trout that will not come off (should have used some oil) I never use oil in the pots and just let the teflon do its thing. Mind you I use them on a pocket rocket gas stove or Dragonfly fuel stove not on a trangia metho burner so I cant comment on their use with trangia.
