Although I prefer to keep my phone off when I'm away climbing, I need a new handset and thinking about which features people find most useful for climbers.

- Neil mentioned using an iPhone to access ACA route descriptions. Anyone else do this? How hard is it to access ACA with a standard non-touch nokia?

- Anyone used REAL GPS (not fake triangulation GPS like some phones have) on their phone to save them from getting lost in the bush?

- I was told Nokia has the best Antenna, iPhone the worst. What are peoples experince with coverage from the Gramps to remote Tassie? Thinking of route descriptions, weather, maps etc.

- Durability's probably an issue - which phones can handle the grime from a few weeks dirtbagging?

Any ideas on the perfect cragging phone?
