OK, so I'm trying to rethread my rack o' hexes with some 5.5m (I think) spectra cord, and it's frustrating the hell out of me. Try as I might, I can't find a way to cut/cauterize/seal/whatever the end of the cord so that I can feed it through the holes in the hexes without the sheath getting caught - so I end up pushing only the core through, which is irritating and expensive. Any ideas? I don't have a hotknife lying around, unfortunately... Cheers.
