>Did WC win ? Was it a patent or copyright case ? I don't know that it ever went as far as a judgement, but Kathmandu stopped doing it. I doubt that there was anything patentable about the tent. It would be more likely to be a design infringement, but I'm just talking out of my arse here - intellectual property law isn't my thing.
