I chopper circled and landed at Mitre rock yesterday, presumably responding to an accident. It was there for about half an hour before leaving, does anybody have any details?

Unless I got way drunker on Friday than I thought, yesterday was the 9th of September.

A person was injured in Deacon-Priest area. I've been told (I wasn't there) that they abseiled on an Grigri threaded back-to-front. Mail-times is reporting leg and pelvis injuries. Have to hope tgheir injuries aren't too bad.

According to the Mail-Times "serious but stable". So, not good but not as bad as it could have been.

Mail-Times this morning reports that he was discharged from Royal Melbourne Hosp later Sunday afternoon. So good news.
