Ok so I started using this,

and just thought I'd comment that it tastes awful!!

I have been taking 3 times the dosage for initial loading, and so far only tried mixing it in water (700ml), and adding cordial when the foul taste assulted me. It's just drinkable, I will try it with chocolate protein powder tomorrow and just the normal dose. Anyway, seeing as I recommended it, I now recommend the capsules instead...
