Fractured ankle was a result of getting it stuck between 2 rocks at base of cliff after being lowered off. Climber stumbled and leaned over a bit on rope stretch breaking his ankle. Reasonably efficient rescue and usual over the top hype from media. Dept of environment and heritage (DEH) designate climbing areas within the national parks. Climbers and national parks personnel have excellent consultative relationships in SA.
