Definitely a cheaper alternative (you'll wanna have private insurance if you visit Mr Hoy or one of his colleagues) but if your rotator cuff is torn you'll be wasting hours and hours doing exercises that are probably doing nothing. Advice from a surgeon and an MRI is often a good start before you see a physio. |
