Get some Panadeine Forte (500mg ???), 2 every 6 hours, 3 courses (6am , midday, 6pm) drink 3 beers after the 6pm dose (something decent like Coopers Sparkling), pain will disappear like magic. Look forward to wild morning muscle spasms as you reach for the morning dose of Panadeine from your bed. Writhe on the floor whilst screaming. Grab the drugs and get them down fast. Hot shower directed on lower back. P.S. I only have qualifications as an M.D. (Mountain Doctor - like Granny in Beverly Hill Billies), so anything I say is complete bullshit, but works. I might do a PhD sometime in the future when I get motived, so may get promoted from Captain to Doctor. Until then, good luck.
