Busted ankle bouldering solo |

Good luck with it - I have been following your thread for some time now recovering from multiPle surgeries on torn wrist ligaments 5 months so far and I hope to climb soon. Having smashed my ankle in the past I can tell you that it gets better to some degree and then gets worse again. Don' t fall on it again at least for a couple years or u are screwed literally ( like I am 3 nice permanent long ones). Good news for you is you can climb on one stuffed ankle you just adjust and become friends with vit I ( get a prescription from a doc for parietal or it will stuff your stomach). Bad news for me is you can not climb with 1 hand unless you are Johnny dawews and I am not. Cheers and stick with it |
