The dick thing is called Peyronie's (sp?) disease - it's basically the same thing as Dupuytren's -
fibrosis of the aponeurosis, but as one might image it's supposed to be much more painful than
the palmar variety.... We're taught to be very suspicious of liver disease in anyone presenting
with either of these - especially if they have bilateral contractures in the hands. From memory,
diabetes might be involved too - but I'm not 100% on that.

If it get's restrictive then a surgical release is quite straightforward - just like a carpal tunnel
release of the flexor retinaculum but higher up. Although in your case Mikl I'm sure you've found
a way to use a couple of permanently bent fingers to your advantage, skyhooking two finger
pockets etc.
