hey there.
an exercise plan is a great idea. but it must be part of an intergrated approach using technique alterations, changes in training, and, to a lesser extent manual therapy intervention. close monitoring of the protocol is essential. without such monitioring it may not be effective. that said, here is a brief discription.
Medial epicondylosis. Place a rolled towel under your forearm so that you can comfortably use the weight clear of any obstruction. The arm of a couch is often ideal, though make sure that your shoulder is relaxed (ie not too elevated, as happens if the seat is too low relative to the level of your arm). Holding the weight in one hand, lift it into position using your other hand. This position should be with your little finger as high as it can comfortably go by flexing your wrist. Allow the weight to fall in a slow and controlled fashion. Lift it back into position with your other hand. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions twice per day, using a relativley heavy weight.
