Hi David, I'm new to this forum. On October 27th last year I hit the ground and fractured my talus and tibia and fibula and some other bone I forget down there, so I'm not sure if my healing time would be relevant for you. But for what it's worth I am only just now getting to the point where I can put enough pressure on my toes to lift my bodyweight. Only started climbing again about a month ago and only on super easy stuff.
Jumping off a gutter and landing on that foot still feels quite strange. I'm really quite amazed at how long it has taken. Physio thinks it won't be until November that I have full strength.
So basically it will take me a full year. |
