The only people that I have encountered that have said it has helped have been people who do not overly stress their joints... Any climbers or overly active people have generally been dissapointed. BUT this may be because they have more significant injuries in the first place. Usually they report a dramatic improvement for 3-4 weeks, then the joint becomes worse than it was prior to injection. As everyones response will vary depending on what the issue is, I'd be wary of reading too much into others experiences. Good luck!
