If your getting pins and needles go to a doc. It means nerve issues.
The longer you leave it the more likely the damage will become permanent. So fix it now
(that comment is addressed more to the people who may read this post and similar have problems)
It also does not have to be climbing related I get back muscle spasms from sitting in front of a computer for to long, which then affects climbing by giving me head aches etc.
In the mean time try getting someone to massage out the affected muscles between your shoulder blades and spine. It may be quite agonising.
Also if you have over developed back muscles try developing the front ones to balance it out ie do heaps of push ups and hand stands |
