Buy another looser pair of shoes. Make this pair a dirt cheap pair that kind of fit but don't rub and use them on anything your not climbing at your limit on. So use them on warm ups following your leader on easy pitches etc.
Or try bare foot for even easier ground personally I think it may actually improve foot work because your suddenly aware of where your feet are. Though doing that has been known to upset sport climbers, something about feet being in dirt going on pristeen sparkling clean rock, which the two billion people who climbed it before all washed there hands before touching it.

BTW there is no reason you can't own 4 sets of shoes. One set for trad/long routes, one set for steep over hanging sport, another for slabs, and a set for the gym
