Oh and don't even get me started on some of the belaying in Thailand.

Enough slack in the system for the leader to be effectively, continuously soloing...but that's alright yes, cause the landing is sand, and we all know sand is soft right?
Rope not only running in the sand, but into the ocean, then sand, then up to the climber...
