of the post you were pretty confident on the structural cause of you problem. However, if you want some help with prognosis, exercises, or other peoples experience with the same problem, you need to be specific! Someone who ruptured their FDP is going to have a totally different "impression" to someone who just had a bit of a sore finger the day after climbing. Just trying to be helpful... |
