I haven't read the previous thread, so not sure who you may have been recommended to etc but Joel Werman at The Oval Physio (at North Sydney Oval) is fantastic - helped with my injury and he specialises in shoulder injuries. In my experience if you have really damaged it i don't think resting will be enough, and the longer you leave it the longer it will take to recover once you start doing all the exercises etc. But don't accept anyone else there - insist on Joel!
