I had mine done by Jerome Goldberg at Orthosports and I recommend either him or Ivan Popov at the same practice. Des Bokor as mentioned above has a very good reputation but often a long waiting list to with it. Jonathan Herald at Orthoclinic is excellent (he just did my knee) and is very convenient if you want the CBD as the clinic is on Pitt St (just near Hunter connection.) Good luck.
