Having just done exactly the same thing about 6 weeks ago I hope i can share some good advice. I hurt
mine in the gym doing weights. It wasnt like a sudden hurt more gradually over time all around my elbow
and forearm ache and hard hurt to do basic things like lifting dishes grabbing items. I had a sharp pain
around the bony elbow point and deep pain in forearm muscles. Sound familiar at all? I visited a
Myotherapist friend who said its basically Tennis and Golfers elbow where the ulna nerve gets trapped
and pinches. Her suggestion was to stretch and flick the arm kind of like your shooing flies. I also bought
a tennis elbow strap(about $15) between the stretching and the strap my pain has reduced about 90%
and almost normal in a week. Good luck with it and I hope this helps
