Thanks for the words people. Hopefully get the plates and screws out Monday, lower arm cast 6wks then removable cast 4 weeks. Time will tell I suppose. Doc was saying a full year to get back normal. I was hoping to do better then that, didn't want to get my hopes up that was all. Power ball looks interesting.
