I know I am repeating what has already been said but supplements will only help you if you have a defficiency. Save your money on protein supplements and eat more beans, nuts and eggs. I get very vivid dreams after strenuous exercise aswell. I didn't realise this was a common phenomenon. It sounds very interesting and I will have to do some reading into it. I find that reading a good book, as a way of chilling out before bed, helps to calm my brain down. And no caffeine after 3:30. |
