I broke my collarbone, an operation to put in a plate, an op to take it out, and then a frozen shoulder because of the lack of movement. So no climbing since August. So it was an immense relief to visit a chiropractor (I was skeptical) in Lower Plenty. Mr. Mifsud tortured me for 40 minutes with massage and sort of half-nelsons. I was on the edge of tears it was SO painful. But then he asked me to lift my arm. He had added another 90 degrees of movement.
So I'd recommend him. 94390828. I have private health cover so it doesn't cost too much. |
