you need 3 things: drink more water get some lucas' Paw Paw ointment ($3 - 6 from priceline or chemist or coles) stop licking lips. blistex is a piece of carp anyway, but even some of the more designer lip balms can do that, its all about product reliance, you will buy it if you need it and if the product makes you need it you will buy it even more..... we used to go through lip balm like crazy blistex/chapstick/vaseline lip balm/natio lip balm/even the jurlique does it... but we bought a lucas paw paw and have been using the same tube for about a year... after the lips healed of course.
