If you're after a hand specialist, there was one that came around and gave a free lecture at ClimbFit, St Leonards a while ago. (Truly gruesome slides). She runs a specialiality in climbing hand injuries. Based at Royal North Shore Hospital. I went along for one visit for an injury and she seemed okay - but it was just the one visit. I don't have the details with me, but let me know and I can provided.
