My sciatica is a killer at times, and so I see my chrio for treatment. It developed from forcing my body into a stupid positions, from the stupid un realistic security windows installed at my casual place of employment. It doesn't help that I have lordosis, and I think thats why for me I developed it. It hasn't played up as much since I have started climbing(mind you I only top rope), but at the same time I have been receiving treatment for it, and doing exercises to minimise the pain/relaps of pain and debilitation. I don't think its something you can cure immediately, but its definantly something you can control. I know when I'm going to have a shit day with my lower back. Haha.
