I did this a while back to alleviate an over-use injury on my good arm from too much mousing; it's not as hard as you'd think to train your left to what you originally trained your right to do (or vice versa). It's ended up leaving my writing hand free for taking notes while I'm working.
As for climbing training: don't crimp. Get yourself good and strong on open-handers and the crimping power will come. |
