Thanks again, I have been to a couple of doctors and a specialist and two physio's, all have helped. I had a CT scan that shows some bulging of a disc. I thought it was piriformis syndrome if caused by the piriformis muscle?http://www.spineuniverse.com/displayarticle.php/piriformis-sciatica-170.html I'm asking around because there are so many different results and views from different people. I am being carefull with stretching and strengthening because as you say some pro's are'nt always right. But any advice is welcome. Do you know of anywhere that I can get good exercises from? cheers.
