I've got a more traditional biomedical background, so I hadn't considered the Trigger Points - thanks for your suggestions Simon. I'll give it a go, and if it doesn't work, I'll sue you (just kidding mate :)
Climbing does seem to make the problem worse, and by that I mean I get more pins & needles during periods of climbing frequently. It is not a problem while I am actually in the process of climbing (ie on the rock).
I've done a little research myself, and it appears corticosteroid injections may be a conservative treatment to consider. |
