I believe they're still eligible for an honourable mention though.
NZ is crazy like that. Most other countries in the western world (NZ is technically about as far east as possible, by the way) would ban you from setting foot on the glacier, build chain-link fences, etc - and then let you sue them when you did get hurt.
They seem so much more realisitc in NZ: "It's a problem that people get hurt. But we took due precaution, and made sure they were aware. Because of the ACC, they'll be medically looked after, and can't sue anyone"
