Thought I would revive a thread. I've been having some elbow pain the last few days - I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that I didn't climb for two years, and then in the last few weeks I've been doing a lot of indoor bouldering. I went into Borders the other day and had a quick read of an article on elbow pain in Rock and Ice which had some good info on some strengthening exercises. I know the solution is probably to give my elbow some rest, but I hate resting! Has anyone got a good recommendation in Melbourne for a doctor/physio/massage therapist who might be able to help. I'm probably being a little bit paranoid, but after running for a little while on what I thought was just a 'little pain', I ended up giving myself a stress fracture, so I'm not keen to injure my elbow too!
