Gday All
Following an arthroscopy I now know I have laterall overhang of the patella at 20 degrees flexion (ie when my knee is bent 20 degrees, the kneecap slides around to the outside of my knee). Anyone have this? Effects on climbing? Effects on walk-ins to climbing areas?
