Not to my knowledge.
Road bike: With the exception of aerobars, your posture should reduce the weight you place on your arms/hands full stop. Things like Bar Phat, good gloves and good carbon fork* will go a long way toward reducing shock and road chatter translated through your arms (Admittedly, this is a bit different to stress from your position).

If you're on a mountain bike, it can make the world of difference swapping to a flat/riser bar, and rotating that bar only a few degrees.
