In reality the best thing to do is go see a physio, possibly Julian and get it looked at professionally. However, as I've recently run into this problem myself, what's being recommended is resting the arm for 6 weeks, combined so far with an exercise where my arm is supported on a table top and I lower my wrist (rotate downwards) while holding a 500g weight and use my other hand to raise the wrist afterwards (150 per day). |
