Lots of people are not aware of the seriousness of shock. First aid is great to know - having done 3 level 2 courses (necessary for work) I’m finding the more you revise the better it sinks in :) Would prefer not to have too much hands on experience. Glad you’re ok JF, heard you left a nice blood streak down the route-though it would have been poor taste to go and have a gork. Hope the head space is ok when you get back on rock-after only witnessing a nasty ground fall I was a little messed up for about 6 months (but I’m scared of heights :( ) Having just started leading I’ll remember to treat every climb with respect irrespective of the grade :)
