You may have snapped a tendon. At the knucle there is capping that stops you finger going past straight.
I thought I'd only snapped this capping when I dislocated a finger 2 years ago...When it still wasn't right 6 mths later, a 2nd apinion from my Chiro told me that I had snapped a tendon...It can only be re-attached back when the accident happened, not 6mths later...as the tendon shrinks back. No pain, just not as strong for hanging onto those tiny flakes. |
