yeah, don't believe the 4-6 weeks - as people above have said, depends on the injury. I was being a dork and running around no-torch-stylz late in a cave Sept last year when I smashed into a killer obstacle that left me unable to walk properly for a month before seeing a doc, finding out that I'd done one of those ligaments around there (can't remember which) and I then had to go through another 10 weeks of recovery where I couldn't do anything that'd result in an impact - so I was swimming and cycling every day ... ha ha, didn't stop me from caving though ;-)
