Hi all, I had carpal tunnel surgery on Jan 2nd. I was very nervous about my recovery and implications for climbing and couldn't find much online that was relevant which could justify or allay my concerns. Long story short, it has been a good outcome and I was climbing 3 weeks post op. I have kept a diary of my progress and wanted to to put it out that if anyone else is in a similar position feel free to get in touch and I can email you my diary and advice etc. Probably best to email me if you need to get in touch.
