I have a pinky finger that has gone from a general ache to feeling like a broken useless thing that hangs off the side of my hand in a matter of weaks. There was no specific event that I noticed which caused it to be damaged however I assume it is from trying to use some very small crimps lately. I dont notice it too much enroute however any sideways load hurts right through the side of my hand. Things like using indicator in car is impossible. Is this a common issue , does anyone have any similar experience with that finger and healing tips (today is the first day I have taped it to adjacent finger. I am reluctant to pause my projects for months but suspect there may be no other option.
