Never had tendonitis myself but have definitely overtrained and got injured as a result. Got me a new mootto thats: train hard and rest harder. Also incorporated some opposition exercises using a device for repetitive strain injuries called the flextend. (search on google should hook you up - im too lazy). Since doing this ive never had anything serious but it should be noted i dont campus (found im still improving consistently without specific strength exercises) so that may also be helping - you hear such bad things about that. Brad.
