Vertical Compression Fractures T2 , T3 |

I fell off my MTB in 2001 or so and suffered similar to T2-T5 with 45% compression of T4 and T5. The fractures were largely stable but I was directed to stay in hospital for 2 weeks and not lift anything more than 10 kg for 3 months. I had lingering stiffness and chest/back pain for years. YMMV. |
