I've seen a couple of busted ankles in bouldering gyms. I heard someone make a comment, although it may have been somewhat tongue in cheek, that they had considered building a bouldering section in their gym, but they would have had to make space for an ambulance bay also.
Still, bouldering must not be that bad compared to the injuries that come out of other hobbies like motorcycling, skiing/snowboarding, downhill racing etc. |
