hey all,
just a quick note to say after 6 months, i'm starting to climb again (again). The last time round i was starting to climb, mehh details...
Went to cliffhanger last night for the first time, and learned pretty quick there's some moves i cant put the leg though. That and 6 months of nothing equals really poor fitness and performance, but its all fun!
if anyones interested, 4.5 months on crutches no wieght, then 4 weeks of %50 weight, then the last 2 weeks of short walks... yay...
