Falling that kind of distance you have a lot of time to think, and try different SA techniquie......none of which worked. I was shitting big time. I witnessed a similar accident decending (unroped) from the Minerets in MCNP. The guy landed on the rocks below the slope and lost a bit of blood but was able to continue if not a little stiff the next day. Lucky could have just been stiff.
