Cheers Chris - exactly the type of info I was looking for.

Getting people to stay on topic in a thread on Chockstone is a bit like to trying to herd cats!

p.s. and if you are still keen to swade off topic - then start suggesting some exercises for me on building strength in tendons located in the shoulder blade and the rotator cuff areas.
