Hi Edgar;
Go easy on yourself, if your profile info is correct you are 6 years older than me =
once we clock up the half century things break more readily & heal more slowly. Even though soft tissue injuries take longer (C 80-100 days) than bone bridging (C 40-60days) more "permanent damage" can be done by premature overload. A bone density scan would be good just in case the calcium cycle is thinning out ? It's good to see there's still plenty of us "old goats" out/in there on the walls !
