Seeing surgeon on Wednesday, pretty sure he will go MRI on the right one. I suppose it's quite difficult to diagnose something through your skin and muscle. An MRI on this shoulder wouldn't have saved me from surgery. There was no other option ( except living without climbing,swimming,surfing etc). Just got to get through physio now.
